What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like how focused they are on celebrating each of the members of our team individually. They recognize our strengths, and also recognize ways in which we can grow only to further our own goals professionally and personally. "Learn by doing" is truly exemplified.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Unlimited vacation and that all employees are granted RSUs!

What did you like most about the interview process?
I loved how there was a part of the process that was project-based and truly tested my experience and how it would play into my current role. It was definitely challenging, but it pushed me to really think about the role and if I could really thrive in it.
