What is the best part about your compensation package?
The compensation package goes beyond fair pay. I personally look at the benefits that are competitive and comprehensive, the time off for renewal is adequate. Most employees get grants or access to the company employee stock purchase plan.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The best team about our team is the sense of mission and purpose. Our team brings a diversity of ideas, and people and best of all there is a great sense of collaboration to tackle challenges and accomplish goals.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The interviewers were focused on the overall pictures, from my background and experience to my education. They also were focused on cultural fit and the ideas and innovation I can bring to the organization to help achieve corporate goals.
What makes you most happy at work?
What makes me happy is the sense that I'm contributing to the goals of the organization, those contributions are recognized. I also get the sense that I'm inspiring others to lead our team towards higher goals and to make an impact on the organization and our customers.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership at Tenable has a great sense of mission and mission. They translate this to the organization not only in words but actions. On our product side, the solutions are getting better and better, the company brings diversity and tackles challenges such as working hybrid head on.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The company listens to the changing environment and needs of employees. Our projects are many and are aimed at making improvements and an impact both with our customers and those participating in the projects. The company is also focused on diversity and inclusion, a must-have for today's workforce
