we just always have each others backs, no questions asked, best team in the company hands down

work/life balance is STELLAR, I rarely feel like I need to take a mental health day, that culture is just built in
What did you like most about the interview process?
It's been so long hard to remember, but basically how inviting the team was during the time. I felt nervous but not like I didn't belong.
What makes you most happy at work?
work/life balance, i'll say it again - it is legit the best thing, feels so good to work hard, get recognized, have the time off when needed and then also those built in Tenable Fridays, huge hit
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I'm about in the middle of the pack in my field, I get recruiters calling me weekly about other opportunities with better pay, but want to continue working at Tenable and earn the money that I'm qualified for.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Obviously with anyone, there are learning opportunities and growth, but overall this leadership team has been great at identifying a problem and addressing it right away. They have a nice balance of vision, leadership, and work/life expectations. Great team!
