What is the best part about your compensation package?
The fact that we have equity in a public company that is doing well from a product and services perspective. That the compensation is a reward to perceived value we offer, is a winning tenet.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Over communicate the current thinking around work-from-home, office closures, mask mandates, vaccine mandates, office reopening, remote work etc. Employees were always in the know at all times and phases of this operation. Promotions continued at a breathless pace even as we expanded our services
