I have been fortunate enough to work on multiple different teams at Tenable. Some are run better than others, and are overall more enjoyable. The Support organization has a lot of great individuals but is run poorly and does not receive the attention needed to turn it around.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Their early handling of COVID was dodgy. Though there weren't many layoffs, the decision was a bit hasty. Everything after has been executed well. For example, WFH policy is now full hybrid at your own discretion, and we were given 5 days off for COVID recovery in August to early September.
