I joined Tenable earlier this year, having left my previous role due to COVID and disillusionment, and Tenable have offered me the opportunity to learn a whole new skillset, in a very supportive environment and whilst working for a rapidly moving and advancing company.

A very open culture that encourages discussion and questions

Being part of a fast moving and supportive work structure
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Excellent salary, a bonus scheme I have not experienced before, and PTO that is unprecedented

They bring a range of experiences and knowledge, and I'm able to draw so much from them

The feedback from my manager which is intended to make sure I achieve my goals and targets

An openness and support network that has been excellent for me in learning a new job and industry

An open door culture, where no question is too stupid to ask and where people are welcoming of inquisition
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I've come from an environment where there are no bonus payments, so what I am receiving makes me feel like I am part of the company's success
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was passed through fairly quickly, but they gave me the impression that they were looking at what I could bring to the company, rather than what I had done previously
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are open to conversation, I've been able to communicate with them directly despite the physical limitation, and I hope to get to meet them in person in the new HQ soon

They are open and honest with us about the state of the company and its future, the plans for what the company is trying to achieve and how it is going to achieve them. I joined the company during the lockdown and I can see how and why Tenable has done so well in this period.
