What is the best part about your compensation package?
I am in sales so having no limits on earnings and aggressive accelerators. The company also rewards the top contributors with stock each year.
What did you like most about the interview process?
That I interviewed with people outside of the department I would be part of so I got a real good feel for the company as a whole.
