Very collaborative and helpful teammates.

Great communications skills and everyone's willingness to help each other.

Diversity and Inclusion groups are very well run and were needed.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

They don't pay out accrued time off if you leave or are let go.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

Monthly global team calls to give updates on company status and answer employee questions.

What are some of the best things about your team?

All people's opinions are listened to, and our team is diverse in thoughts and culture.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

The company doesn't pay PTO when an employee leaves the company or is let go from the company. This is a huge downside of Tenable.

What makes you most happy at work?

My boss is amazing. Also, I really enjoy the team of people I work with and support. I feel they respect my ideas and opinions.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

They are very accessible. They offer executive coffee chats to all employees so that you can have a personal relationship with them, not just your manager.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

More flexibility in the work-from-home policy. Paying out PTO to employees if they leave the company. The ability to travel for professional development. Merit performance needs to increase and is always significantly lower than inflation.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Work-life balance is not horrible during the planning, and herculean efforts are not recognized. We are often asked to do more with less. They do not pay out PTO to employees if they leave the company. Also, it is hard to get promoted since the budget is only dedicated to sales.
