Flexibility: hybrid work environment, temporary Fridays off during August 2021, etc.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is engaged and helpful. The team cares about each member even though we have separate areas/responsibilities.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Receiving stock and an employee stock purchase plan is fantastic. Healthcare is fairly priced (best benefits package I've personally seen).
What did you like most about the interview process?
Interview process was personal and covered the normal bases too. It involved some practical exercises that related to the role.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leadership engages with all levels of the organization. They clearly understand our business and how to foster an enjoyable work atmosphere.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
As an "entry-level" employee, I feel like senior leadership is completely engaged with my role. It's great to learn from them and be able to build a certain level of rapport.
