Working with my colleagues and working on important projects that make a meaningful impact on the company's success.

Everybody was honest and genuine, so I knew exactly what I was applying for, who I'd be working with, and what the company/group was like.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Competitive pay that includes a healthy quarterly bonus structure. Annual merit raises and stock grants. And the company is growing and doing really well, so the bonuses and stock grants actually mean something!
What are some of the best things about your team?
We don't just "get along" as co-workers, we've all actually become FRIENDS. Even though we're spread geographically around the world, we've all developed strong working relationships and have a lot of fun together. That makes it great for when we do get together in-person.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We're all in this together, and nobody gets hung up on titles. Great ideas can come from anywhere -- and are WELCOME from anywhere. The company is also extremely committed to diversity and inclusion, so everybody can feel comfortable being exactly who they are.
