Overall Good Experience in working in the company. But they should improve the compensation plan for sales people.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Yes we are not paid. The compensation should be much higher as compared to the current one.There should be no capping on the variable component and sales person should be paid for the entire period of the total contract value and it should not be restricted to 3 years(TCV) payout period.
