The company really cares about the people and are willing to back it up with actions. Having 5 Friday's off in August/September was a great mental health break from the craziness over the last year and a half due to the pandemic. I have not seen a company take this type of action previously.

I felt the company had a very positive culture during the interview process but it has been even better than what I would have expected.

There seems to be limited amount of politics which I consider the biggest potential impact to having a strong culture
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are very transparent about what is going on with the company and are very focused on being people oriented and making the best decisions for them.

The opportunity to speak to a lot of the executives and the fact that everyone pretty much had a similar opinion on the people and culture of the company.

I think they are really open to your opinion and willing to discuss how we might approach different initiatives based on your prior experience. They also do a great job with transparency and recognition within the company.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I am relatively new to Tenable and was concerned about onboarding remotely during the pandemic but everyone's openness and willing to help you learn the business has made it much easier to add value sooner than I expected.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I think the best part is the ability to get equity along with the opportunity to participate in the employee stock purchase program because these are tied to the overall success of the company. I see great potential in the company and it drives me to try and help make it successful.
