Each person is a contributing member. When a question is asked, or feedback is requested, everybody steps up.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
There is always someone who will pay more, but when you add up all the benefits, it is a hard package to beat.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The questions were based on real-life examples and not questions that can be answered just by reading the resume. The team was prepared. Also, Tenable made sure I had a chance to talk to the team members before coming on board.
