Lots of good stuff with the company, and overall culture is great but demands within my work area are great and it's left to employees to sort it out.

Too much politics going on at the SVP level downwards which consumes time and energy from everyone and looses the company values.

Our CEO sets a positive and fair culture, but it doesn't get down through the VP level.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Lots of perks have no value due to the expectation to work 24/7 and not enough time to pursue them

The CEO is always on message with events, be those internal or external, and drives a good message and values for everyone to follow
