Largely, the company is a great place to work. There are some leaders that are bad apples which have been allowed to remain in place and have even gotten more responsibility. This is awful and directly impact the rest of the organization. Longevity should not outweigh continued value.

The ability to largely chart the strategic course of how and what to execute on.

There is lip service to certain values and commitments which is not always backed by anything concrete or in actual practice

Flexibility of where work is done. The company is constantly striving to find new ways to make Tenable the place of choice to work.

Many of the executives realize that their success is based on people and thus, it is not just about the business, but also the people that make it happen.
