Overall, I really enjoy working for Tenable. Our products and services make a meaningful impact for thousands of organizations. I can see a clear connection between my efforts and that greater good. And, for the most part, work is enjoyable and reasonably rewarding.
I enjoy the collaborative nature of my work, as well as the high degree of autonomy I have to do my job in the best way possible. Tenable's continual evolution as a company creates a dynamic environment where change is a regular feature of work, and for me this has been a plus.
Working with great colleagues and making measurable impact.
Pulling a team together and delivering impactful results.
Transparency, willingness to engage, they seem to be forward thinking about the industry and personnel matters.
As a team, they are highly transparent, operate with integrity, and are well-respected for their industry expertise,
I love most of my colleagues. Overall, they are smart, they give a shit, they're nice, and collaborative.
By and large, Tenable is staffed with good people who focus on what matters and get things done.
Collaborating with a variety of people, brining projects to life, learning new things, making improvements, and generating meaningful results.
Folks at Tenable know how to get things done without being jerks. There is very little drama, people engage as adults.
Tenable is highly collaborative, fairly diverse, and focused on adapting the business to continually succeed -- and make a difference for our customers.
My team mates are highly motivated, caring, concerned and mostly easy to collaborate with. Even better, in my role, I get to work with colleagues from many teams, which I really, really enjoy.
First, I appreciate the holistically beneficial compensation package I receive. Stock grants are great! For me, the grant would have seemed more rewarding if the first tranche of stock was provided immediately upon acceptance. Then there are the 2.5% salary increases...
1) I've been bounced from manager to manager, and have not had anyone strongly advocate for my performance -- even though I contend the results speak volumes. 2) As an older employee, I cynically believe management knows I am unlikely to jump ship. A 10% raise and 5% bonus increase would be great.
