Everyone is motivated to succeed and perform well - which rubs off. Lots of ideas sharing and encouragement to try new things

They are transparent and clear, which makes it easier for employees to understand the direction of the company. They are also super approachable and human-centric.

Having the trust and flexibility to do my job as I see fit, with the knowledge that someone is always there when I need advice, guidance or escalation - it's the ideal balance.

Everyone is very responsive and eager to help - you aren't ever waiting long for support. Most of the teams are high functioning and ambitious, which makes for a great working culture and keeps you motivated

We are empowered to make changes and suggest new ways of working if we think it could be more effective in our role - we feel trusted. Its a people company and the employees are valued.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
We are always kept informed and we know they care about us as people. There have been many recent people perks which really make you feel happy and valued, and allow you to really have a work life balance and enjoy life!

Very supportive of each other, supportive and encouraging. We recognise each others skills and work together to compliment each others weak and strong areas. We also have a sense of humour, as well as compassion for when people need some time out

We genuinely have fun and enjoy working together, whilst working hard for the same goals. Most people are super efficient, helpful and get things done. In my team everyone has long tenure so we have been able to build relationships for team success.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
We are kept up to date regularly and are offered perks as very pleasant surprises i.e. 5 Fridays off over summer. They understand the business importance of secure, motivated and happy employees. The freedom and work life balance they give employees is very motivating and makes you want to work hard
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We feel empowered to experiment, be creative and develop new ideas - its refreshing to feel part of a movement in a hyper growth company. Leadership care about people - the focus is on what you do and not where you do it - it's the most flexible company i've ever worked for and that is great!
