Transparency, direction but grounded. You can literally pick up the phone or schedule a meeting with anybody in the company, at any level.

I never have to think about being fairly compensated. The executive are doing this already. Great rewards and compensation just keeps turning up

performance-based everything including hours, locations and remuneration. Work when you need to, how you need to in order to get the job done.

Smartest group of people that I have worked with. Everybody listens and is willing to learn and improve which also part of the culture
