I am very happy. I am challenged but not overwhelmed. I have a healthy work/life balance and i know my leadership team has high expectations but they are also flexible and understanding. It's a great place to work.

Everyone cares about each other and works very hard. We are a high performing team.

The remain close to the business, they are not aloof-they interact with employees with graciousness and interest.

the ability to work hard but not at the expense of the things I care about outside of work

it is holistic, taking into consideration base pay but also other incentives like work/life balance and future savings via RSUs.

the people are the best aspect of the culture...we are all responsible for creating the environment we want to work in

All of it....I appreciate my bonus, PTO and other time off as well as the more traditional health benefits package.

The total package is very attractive. The company considers the monetary compensation to attact top talent but also things like PTO, 401(k) with a match, opportunities to build community and more.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We all work together...when one person needs help, everyone pitches in. There is a lot of praise and appreciation to others. Even if we have differing viewpoints we listen and consider the other person.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are real...they admit if they make a mistake and work to fix it. We are all working hard together, doing our best and they keep things light and fun when it is appropriate to do so.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I got to meet the leaders I would work with. I also got to meet some of my counterparts. When I got a competitive offer, the team sped up to accommodate my situation and we were very open with each other to get the end result we both wanted.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I like that I have a fair and ample salary but that it doesn't stop there. I get great flexibility to do my job the way I want to. The health/dental benefits are great, the PTO is fair and adequate to cover my needs. The parental leave is great. I could say more but I don't have space!
