What do you like best about the leadership team?
There is always open communication and transparency about what the company's goals are, and what reasoning is behind the decisions that are made
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I value my free time, and the PTO the company offers, along with a very liberal work from home policy allows me to maximize my personal time when I need to take off.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We know we're working towards the same goal of helping the company grow and scale with that growth, but we all have fun, get along well, and can support one another in various different ways at any given time.
What makes you most happy at work?
I enjoy the challenging, fast-paced work that I get to do, and no two days are ever the same, so it allows me to learn and grow with the company as I experience new things that will only help me develop as my career here continues.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There's an openness about the company that is both refreshing and rare compared to past experiences I've had at different companies. People are friendly and get along well, even if they work in totally unrelated departments, and it's a pleasure to get to know so many different people.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The interview process didn't feel like you were being grilled or that they were trying to intentionally find ways to trip you up or put you on the spot, but more like a conversation regarding how your experiences and goals align with those of the role for which you were applying and the company.
