What makes you most happy at work?
My coworkers, manager, and the work I do. It is meaningful work that makes me feel accomplished.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Transparency. Everyone on the team tells it like they see it. No BS gets in the way.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Their personality is not like other leadership teams. They feel more down to earth and actually care about their employees. What company gives every employee a second stock bonus? Or shuts down the company for its employees to have days off? Not many.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Leadership (Executives, Sr. Managers, Mangers, etc.) want the company to do well and go above and behind to help those who need it. In addition, they don't expect you to work 10+ hours a day. They understand that you have a life outside of work.
