Vacation is encouraged, regular check-ins w/ management who ask questions to ensure that I'm doing OK and do not need anything

Best part is the co-workers, easy to go to work when you work with such talented and easy to work with individuals

Not only did I get to interview with the team that I'm joining, but also with the business partners which gave me a really good idea of what to expect if I join.
