I've been here 15 yrs and counting due to a lot of reasons but a few stand out. 1. Tenable's mission at providing the tools the world needs to secure their infrastructures. It's amazing to part of that. 2. Tenable's culture, leadership and coworkers 3. Tenable cares, bottomline.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Health insurance including all aspects (vision, dental, medical, etc)
What do you like best about the leadership team?
That they care about their employees, that's hard to find in corporations these days.
What makes you most happy at work?
It's hard to capture just one item here but I'd have to say the people.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We share an array of skillsets and work very well together. Also, the willing to help one another.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The willing to help one another is vibrant and obvious. The sense of caring within the company is amazing.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It's been a long time since I've been involved in the process but ultimately, I love how we gauge the thinking of the candidate. That's important.
