I worked many years at Cisco Systems and IBM Corporation with some of the most intelligent people in the entire world. However, working for Tenable, i can not only share my knowledge I've gained throughout those years I can also glean a great deal of insight from my colleagues and leadership team.

I get a daily report card and a great sense of value given my work and where its aligned relative to the entire corporation.

1) Willingness to learn and be developed 2) Always reaches for the strecth target 3) They understand the "Needs of the business" and aligns their personal lives accordingly while ensuring their own health and well being is secured
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is highly collaborative and willing to help and assist. But mostly, everyone from Sales Ops to Sales and Finance to Legal and Marketing have one common objective and a shared vision pertaining to the near and long term success of Tenable.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
1) Salaries are inline with market expectation for like for like deliverables 2) The recent annual stock option grant is top tier in the industry 3) Quarterly bonus is a home run (but that is always subject to how we perform as a company) Outstanding nonetheless.
