I have seen many changes over the years, having been here for almost a decade. I would say over all the trajectory of these changes have been positive.
What makes you most happy at work?
Seeing a project go from, planning and brainstorming, to Jira tickets, to implementation and release.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Pay and health care is very competitive for me. The stock grants are just icing on the cake.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Generally people are friendly, I find myself talking to coworkers about non-work things after hours in the company slack.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The communication especially during the pandemic, and now with the Ukrainian war is exactly what is needed especially for employees who find themselves physically isolated away from their coworkers. I've been really impressed with Tenable WRT this in the past couple of years.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We have a high level of trust in each others abilities. This is not easy to build and is not a given, especially on newer teams. This trust is absolutely critical to our productivity, because it means we're second guessing each other must less and can focus on the work we have slated.
