I have had a mostly positive experience here, I have had a few changes in management on my team recently.

More compensation (base salary) would be great.

The company cares about the employees

when I accomplish something and proactively take care of things.

Feeling like I'm making a difference and can do great work for our company.

I'm honestly just thankful to have a job, they are fair for the most part.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
They are always creating new ways to do nice things for employees. (Friday's off in the summer, birthdays off, etc.)
