I felt welcome right away and was excited about having more resources so I could do my job better. Since starting, I've learned a lot from my managers and worked cross-functionally with several other teams. It's been a really great experience so far.

Everyone is really kind and friendly. They are always wiling to help when I need them and offer advice when I'm not sure of something
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The bonus structure is a nice addition to our regular pay and I also believe we're compensated above industry standard which is a really nice perk
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are open and honest when they communicate which helps me feel like I know what is going on and ultimately makes me feel more comfortable when I go to work everyday
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I like the flexibility of working from home and I don't think it's hurt the culture in anyway. I feel really connected to my colleagues even though I haven't met any of them!
What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to work autonomously at my own pace and knowing that I have the resources I need to work on my tasks to the best of my ability. As well as small coffee break chats with my colleagues throughout the week when I need to relax a little bit.
