
They are all very knowledgeable, skilled, and friendly. Everyone is always willing (and sometimes even eager) to help.
I think the bonus program is well managed. The bonuses seem fair and I like how they are given at predictable intervals. This helps with financial planning.
Tenable definitely has a "people first" approach to both its employees and its customers. As a business, we have to make money, but I think that putting people first is an indirect (and fantastic) way to do well as a business in the long term.
Long stretches of uninterrupted time to think through and solve problems. Tenable is very respectful of my time and, even though Slack is almost always active, I put it on silent quite often and catch up later. No one has ever complained about me doing that.
Tenable strives to be very open with its communications from leadership. There have been times where we've had to deviate from a previously set-upon course, but it was never a surprise and always with good reason. Leadership has always kept us in the loop. This is very much appreciated.
