independent workers open mind personal relationships between team memebers
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
the feedback I get from my managers is not satisfying for me. higher base salary
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
less zoom more office. when people are physically close together they become more close in other levels which improve discussions and destination making
