They are truly open and caring. None of leadership team at Tenable acts like they are above anyone else. They treat everyone with respect, they are accepting of new ideas, and willing to take risks. It's a perfect balance.

Everyone is in it together and not for themselves. Tenable has done such a remarkable job of finding people that fit the culture and not hiring people that don't fit and trying to make them fit the culture. Tenable is inclusive and collaborative across the board.
