They seem excited about the job that they are doing, which is cool.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
PTO / Time Off. It is easy to get burned out in TS, so PTO/Time Off helps alleviate some of that.
What makes you most happy at work?
Solving problems and not getting low CSATs from angry customers, who will rate you low regardless of how well you perform.
