I'm happiest when I'm improving the quality of our customer-facing services, and the efficiency of our internal processes.

More frequent, informal gatherings (online and in person) would help our fully remote team relate to one another as people.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Generous amounts of leave (and a culture that encourages using it), as well as many fully remote roles that are treated as importantly as in-person.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
C-suite strives to be transparent. They regularly show their humility & humanity. Executive coffee chats make them approachable, and the CEO does a monthly all-hands update since 2020.
