I've always enjoyed working at Tenable. I feel happy and respected for the most part. The culture is no longer global however and in the UK office, it's quite toxic. Clock watching, bullying, negativity. This is not the Tenable I know so I tend to spend more time with other regions to keep sane
What do you like best about the leadership team?
That they'll get into conversations regardless of status. In the case of the CEO, that he's very human and isn't afraid to let us know that he is feeling pain when we are.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel that my compensation is below the industry average for my country and region. I raised it and got no feedback which was disappointing. I just want to be heard and I wasn't.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The team that I'm part of is not great but most of us are close and we rely on each other through the tough stuff. This is the culture I love at Tenable. A couple are toxic and bullies and this is an issue that impacts my day-to-day. I raised it and nothing was done which makes me sad.
