They seem to care about tenable and it's growth a lot

I like that Tenable splits up the bonus and pays out every quarter. The RSU's are also a great perk.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
It seems like the leadership team is doing everything in their power to both elevate and grow Tenable and retain their employees.
What makes you most happy at work?
My relationships. If I feel like I've made good relationships with the people I work with and my client groups are satisfied, then I'm happy.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone has been incredibly warm and welcoming so far. They all tell me I can reach out with questions at any time and have been incredibly patient as I ramp up and learn my new role.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I enjoy the frequent volunteer activity and lunches. Having fun social outings like Turkey Bowl to look forward to is also really great. It seems as though employee appreciation is baked into the culture and everyone is very approachable.
