Overall very positive. I like that the executives drive new features across the product line, but I'd like to see more focus on improving the stability of existing services, optimizing performance, etc. It would reduce the number of CS tickets we get from customers.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Nothing particularly stands out, but overall it's strong.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Clear, frequent communication with the company. They're pushing for innovation and improvements across the product line.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There's a strong social atmosphere, people are quick to make friends, invite you to eat lunch with them, etc.
What makes you most happy at work?
Getting to work daily in an environment where I'm encouraged to perform, given the resources to do so, and encouraged to work on exciting projects
What are some of the best things about your team?
We work together, all have a great sense of humor, and do a good job preventing one another from getting overloaded and providing support when needed
