Taking into consideration employees personal health & safety during a global pandemic. They also express a culture of transparency but when it comes to communicating very important structure changes, the ELT keeps it quiet until the last minute causing panic for the teams needing to process.

Challenging individuals to come up with solutions and allowing open communication. Our leadership team is great at taking action, but the actions can cause unattended problems that could've been avoided with something as simple as communication.

I feel like our team is underappreciated at times and yearly bonus's could be a little better

if textron is unable to compensate more, then they should implement perks that allow employees to save more money (provide more meals, or allow work from home to save money as gas prices are continuing to raise)

The false reality that we are transparent. I think communication needs to be better & the trust amongst teams needs to improve. If you can't trust the people you're working with, why are they here. Communication & trust are the main issues.

Create an environment of work-life integration, where employees aren't afraid if they need to slip out of the office on Wednesday and in return don't care if they get an urgent call on Saturday.
