To be honest, I've only met my manager. I've never met anyone above him outside of a few phone calls/conference calls from the regional manager. And since I'm a measure tech, I dont work in a store, nor have I met any of my coworkers. So I like that they are really hands off with work.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Need to get better at caring and working with there own ppls concerns and less time trying to make corp. happy. They need to have more realistic expectations of what their Techs have time to complete out in the field. When they give a half a day to complete a task list with 194 tasks its Unrealistic

i feel like my contribution to the company's success especially over the last 2 years has been completely undervalued and unnoticed. I serviced all the equipment in the Sacramento region for 3 years, and was passed up for a promotion twice despite exceptional first call closer rate. More Money .

Coworkers know the product and together we always get along, it’s just stressful having to do so much with nothing in return because most people have to get second jobs even when they are full time here

I dont work in a store so I can't answer. I drive to customers homes to do measurements. But from what I get in conference calls and the few times I've met my manager they care about the people. Not just the job.
