Being a remote worker, my favorite thing is the communication amongst the leadership team and all of us employees. They treat you as if you are part of their family. We text and communicate daily, sometimes not even pertaining to work, but personal relationship building.

Any and all questions I have are patiently and fully answered. Leadership at any level is always approachable and open to questions and helping me find the answer. I have worked with 3 different leaders and each has encouraged and motivated me to excel professionally.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Just the fact that I receive benefits from my company is good enough for me! The healthcare coverage is not expensive and for me personally I feel like it is good quality coverage.

What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is knowledgeable and responds to any question very fast

We do not waste time with meetings that are not beneficial to production. All management respects our personal time and addresses issues that need to be dealt with for us as employees to produce quality work.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I work from home, so I can dress comfortably and listen to whatever I'm in the mood for

The work schedule flexibility and understanding that I'm not just a worker, I'm a person. I've never had a problem flexing my schedule to accommodate appointments, my child's important activities, or emergencies. When I did have an emergency, my managers were concerned about me first not the work.

I loved that it was over the phone rather than face to face.

My time was respected. When my interview was scheduled I was contacted right on time and the scheduled amount of time was respected. I was not kept waiting on hold to be put in contact with the correct person to interview me.
