I have been with the company for over 8 years and i have had the chance to be in different positions. Im always challenged and i love the culture. There are 2 things that could improve 1. dont unpaid internal promotions 2. medical benefits are not what a big company such as TTEC should be proud of.

Company needs to look for ways to engage with their employees in better ways. A one size fits most approach is only serving one purpose. The rally teams need to allow increased access without red tape and/or politics.

I have been with the company for 16+ years. During this time I have found if you come to work each day, work hard, share ideas that the sky is the limit. There are recognition opportunities, plenty of ways to develop and great people to interact with along the journey.

This is my second time working in TTEC, and I really wanted to come back based on the first time I worked here, then I had so many career opportunities and ways to increase my salary. Unfortunately this time is differently in a negative way, I see some coworkers get more attention based on sympathy.

The wellness programs that allow you to get HSA money. the rest of the benefits are really subpar with many other companies out there. For comparison while i was paying $500 /month for my family we switched to my spouse's insurance and now we pay $120/month for the whole family with less deductible

I love the wellness incentives. I think the deductible and out of pocket amounts are fairly low for the monthly premium we pay

The best part of my compensation package is that I am paid fairly for the role that I handle. TTEC is constantly evaluating my performance and ensuring I align with the core competencies of my role. When I go above and beyond and there is an opportunity to bonus that happens too.

Fair pay is no longer satisfactoty. This piece rolls ip to rewards and recognition. Competitive market place pay, incentivizes retention and top quality deliverables. Often, many are focused on cutting costs like the new paydhealth, and all other 3rd party medical coordinators. Benefits are a joke

MY salary hasn't been revised during the four years I've been with the company, every time I mention this or there is a survey like this I make the same comment and nothing happens.
