Working at TeleTech helps me a lot augment my financial status. When i Joined the company the night differential is at its premium. We are also given health and wellness (H&W) incentives. Bonuses are fairly equated to your goals achievements.

To actually get paid for the type of work I do. I know in my area going base payrate for my position is around $60K and I barely make $40K. I love the people I work with but if I find a position with a company who will pay me what I am worth, not to mention the base pay, I will need to take it.

My team is severely overworked and under-resourced. The additional workload and expectations related to COVID response have taken us to the brink of burnout. This pace, especially without increases in compensation or additional staff to meet the increasing demand is unsustainable.
