What is the best part about your compensation package?
Medical, vision and dental are a plus and I never considered life insurance until they approached me with a plan. Also, bonuses are always great!

Compensation is a means to pay for ones mistakes. I for one would rather live with less and enjoy my job rather than have more and need my job to float my lifestyle. UBreakifix compensates you fairly and has so much room to grow.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It feels like there is no pressure

The culture is makes this less of a job and more of a place you want to be. Everyone is friendly and welcoming.

Communication is key! UBIF has various tools in place that assist with this with so many different departments. Also, a relaxed environment where you can pretty much dress how you want, wear your hair how you'd like (colors encouraged), and tattoos are not frowned upon. Watch out for the soccer ball
