A one-time market catchup should be done on the current compensation. It should be matched on par with current market trends for the current role.

Undervalued not in terms of the company but compared to other big companies out there who pay slightly more to employees working in a similar role. Also, the work load is a bit more so compensation feels a little less.

This company does not know what a SAAS product is and how to run it , they just got sometthing and trying to mint money . The product is completely messed up keeps breaking and is extremely vulnerable
