The culture is very inclusive. They want people to participate and meet new people. They also encourage questions.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There are fast food jobs right now that pay the same that I am making right now. If we can raise that base pay I would feel more valued.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Kind and understanding. They make you feel like an integral part of the team. They also treat you like an actual human being, not just a piece in their business.
