Everyone has been very friendly. The managers and mentors are exceedingly proactive and helpful. If they don't have the answers, they find the answer for you. I really enjoy working here.
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
It's a repetitive job, with little communication and subpar pay and benefits. It pays the bills.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Friendly, funny and sweet. Always looking out for each other.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The team building exercises are great. They are a lot of fun.
What makes you most happy at work?
I enjoy researching. I really like it when I have to hunt down the answers.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Better pay for the employees would help a lot. I could make this much working at McDonalds
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
They're great about keeping in touch with each other, but they don't communicate when they start taking over orders.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I get to work remotely, yet still be a part of the team. Everyone has been welcoming and kind.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
If I made more money than a McDonalds worker. If my dental plan actually covered the work I need done.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The pay is that of a fast food employee, the benefits don't cover basic dental services and communication needs some work too.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I love that I can have a work from home job that comes with a decent wage, excellent healthcare, and allows for PTO.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Very friendly, always willing to help and answer questions. Very quick to respond, even if it's to let you know they're looking into whatever the question was.
