Ive been here for 7 months. I love the atmosphere of Verisys and how much everyone is willing to help out.
I have been here for nearly 2 years and have already promoted and advanced my career. Everyone here is so friendly and I love my job here.
Theyre compassionate and communication is top notch
They want everyone to be included.
Knowing I have the opportunity to do more
They are always willing to jump in and help.
Interacting with my coworkers and paying attention to detail
My compensation is pretty fair for what I currently do.
We all get along and everybody is willing to help
Knowing that the environment I am going into isn't negative.
Everyone likes everyone. I have never felt not included ir that someone didnt like me
The care about you as an individual instead of just thinking you're a number and replaceable
Always an open line of communication. Nobody makes you feel like you're not smart enough for knowing an answer.
Knowing I can talk to my supervisor no matter what is going on. Being able to fully rely on everyone here.
I don't know about my team specifically, but what I really love is that the entire company feels like one big huge team. We're all in this together.
They care about you as an individual and don't make you feel like you're replaceable or just a number. They want you to succeed an provide the tools for you to do so.
My team is just wonderful. They have all made me feel very included even though they have all been here 10+ years and have eased my transition into this newer team of mine,
I don't necessarily feel undervalued. But I believe for how much work we do and how much quality has to go into what we do we should get paid a little bit more.
I think raises should be based off performance and rather than a yearly raise if you go above and beyond you should be able to receive a bonus and or raise mid year.
I think theres a lot tbat goes into this job and we sbould have the option of bonuses or maybe a raise every 6 months even if its not significant. Health insurance isnt really good at all either..
The culture and environment are AMAZING. Yes we work from home (which I personally love) but we get that feel of having coworkers with the Tuesday hour group. You feel as though you can message anyone and they will help you right away.
