I've worked since i was 14. I have never felt as welcome and supported through a company as i have here at Verisys. I've worked in many different fields with countless positions. Through verisys I feel like i never want to work for another company again. I want to stay here. Its been amazing.

I've been with verisys just under a year and I honestly hope i never have another job outside of the company. It has been an absolute life changer for me. I have time with my family, and kid. I have an amazing work life balance. Its a company that truly values me as an individual.

I have never thought i would love working. But knowing im going to work for people who actually care for me is so blissful. Its like we work at a small family owned business the way we are taken care of even though its a global job. I couldn't be happier at another place of employment.

Leadership is mostly open about upcoming changes, where we sit with customers and workload.

We all take the time to be there for each other which is highly important in a remote position. We are connected to our teams and leadership, making our connections strong and valuable.

first company I've ever worked for (I have worked for a lot of employers) that actually makes me feel heard, seen, and treated like a human being with a life outside of work.

Interacting with people at work. I never have to worry about not having questions answered, I have endless support through leads mentors and my Supervisor. I feel more invested than just my everyday tasks.

Our team building/brain breaks. i feel they are so important and so nice to get to know everyone in a remote setting. Definitely helps to know you're not alone and the company does care about others well being.

Everyone is determined to help one another. Mentors and Supervisors go above and beyond in assisting with work and sometimes even alleviate the pressures of home life. I dont feel like just another body at the computer. I feel supported.

I have a plan that i only pay for what i need and i really only spend 20 dollars a check into my 401, Benefits, and i have free accidental death. Its the best benefits ive ever received at a company.

Social hours/Mingles. I love connecting to my coworkers and sharing/learning about things that are going on with them. We have time with HR for brain-breaks and we play games together. really helps break up hard deadlines and creates a sense of ease through hard work.

We have many different backgrounds and channels to talk about struggles or positive changes throughout our lives. We are Inclusive of every background and a safe space to share with. Everyone can be lifted up by our coworkers in times of need, whatever that looks like!

I love team meeting. Working from home can feel isolating and this company makes sure that we don't feel that way. we have many different social interactions and in-person ones semi annually that really bring us together as a company. Everyone on our individual teams are amazing.

As a busy mother, our overtime is outstanding, whenever i can or want its available. Also some of the best coverage I've had in my life. Not only am i covered medically, Im covered in case of anything happening. I wouldnt want to be with another company.

They are very clear about the path that we are on within the company. we have many meetings with HR socially. And we also have meetings with the everyone in the company. as an entry level employee my voice is still heard and feedback is used higher up.

We interact daily on a professional level, however twice a week we are given freedom to interact with one another. Even though we work from home its like having office shenanigan's. Its beyond welcoming. Even though I work from home i feel Included. Coworkers have become important not just coworkers

Merit increases have been little to none for two years. I would like to see that change to make staying with a company I value worth it, by compensating my value. Being constantly trained in new products and keeping up quality and numbers should be heavily reflected by being compensated fairly.

We have group chats to support us in many different ways for all kinds of different people and interests. Also as an individual with real life happening out side of work im checked in on, im supported, and im actually seen as a person. regardless of my position within the company.

I've never worked with a company that is so understanding that I'm not just an employee. I am a human being, with feelings and emergencies. I receive so much support at work and outside of work. Its completely changed my view of working "under" people. So many growth opportunities. I love it here.

Social connection, and our Ops team meetings where we just get to connect with one another and learn more about the people we work with. we have the best people working with us and we get to see a lot of what they hold outside of work as great individuals. we celebrate each others successes.
