I think I've had a rocky start with my training not going as well as I'd hope it did (and I've been working on building up from that now) but my supervisor has been supportive of that and of my needs personally and professionally. Overall my experience is okay, but improving in different ways slowly
What makes you most happy at work?
I like when I get positive feedback and know I did great with how many orders have been completed, but I do not feel like that gets expressed as much as it could.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone has been pretty friendly. With working remotely it is a little strange not meeting everyone so you don't get that connection very quickly, but I feel like that also makes people give an extra effort to make you feel included.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is very understanding about everyone's goals and personal life and what makes people be healthy physically, emotionally, and mentally. I've felt like my manager has been very understanding when making accommodations for the way I like to communicate or any appointments I have.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I definitely feel like I am undercompensated, I feel like the starting rate that I have isn't a rate that keeps up with the raising cost of living or keeps up with the cost of quality workers. I think we could retain quality people (it feels like there is a lot of hiring/turn over) if it went up.
