Our VP of HR genuinely cares about people and it shows.

Everyone is very kind and usually responsive if I need help.
What makes you most happy at work?
I like learning new things so that I can become more of an asset to my team
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is generally respectful. I also appreciate that there's so many different slack channels where we can bond with coworkers. Since we're mostly remote that has been harder.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I would like to be offered a higher hourly rate. What I make is hard to live on. We also just switched insurances and my coverage is worse than it used to be.
