Knowing I'm making a difference, stopping violators from getting jobs they shouldn't have

I actually don't take advantage of it, as my partner has a better job than me

They know we all have lives outside our jobs, and are willing to work around it

Their transparency, I love how we all know and are invested in the direction the company is headed

They all have great personalities and since we all work from home it's nice to interact with people.

Hard working, and different. Not one person on my team is the same as the other and our differences make us stronger
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The flexibility of working, I've been working from home since 2020, and instead of making everyone come back they've downsized the office and continue to allow us to work from home
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I believe the world overall needs to figure out compensation, because we're just continuing to reach wealth ceilings over and over again, and yet so many people sit at the bottom trying to make it by even though we're really doing more work than the top 10%
What makes you most happy at work?
The management team has allowed us to be remote and has not asked us to come back to the office. They know that we're able to be just as productive in the office as at home, so we appeal to a lot of people who normally wouldn't be able to work
