I have been very supported and well trained, I always have access to help when I have questions, and I always have fun talking to my coworkers.
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
I've been manipulated, lied to about compensation and advancement opportunities, I've worked and trained HARD on several different products and I was one of maybe 3 people assigned to a project, became a subject-matter expert, and then watched the mentor position go to someone outside the project.
What makes you most happy at work?
Working from home but still having virtual connection to my coworkers.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are fun and supportive, and make the job so much easier.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I have access to all of the insurance I need for my personal medical issues.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are very responsive and helpful, and never judgemental about the questions or problems I am having.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is very supportive and fun, and it's easy to find coworkers with a lot in common.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Every once in a while we're allowed to chat with each other. Once a week, even! :)
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Please pay us a living wage and treat us like real people. We aren't numbers, we aren't computers.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Well if my manager didn't time my bathroom breaks and check up on my numbers once an hour and micromanage me to death, that could be a good start.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
You aren't paying a living wage. Most of your employees are working multiple jobs to make ends meet. I would "feel better about my compensation" if I actually made enough money to live.
